What is a Mentor?
A mentor is an experienced corporate professional who goes out of his or her way to help their mentee reach important life, education and career goals. A mentor is a guide who can help the mentee to find the right direction and who can help his or her mentee develop career related competencies. The mentor/mentee relationship is based upon mutual trust and respect. A mentor will help the mentee to believe in him or herself and the mentor will help to boost career-related confidence. A mentor will ask questions and challenge his or her mentee, while providing guidance and encouragement. A mentor allows the mentee to explore new ideas in confidence and to develop a broader understanding of the corporate environment.
- A corporate mentor will be matched with a mentee and meet their mentee once per month at RVCC at a prescheduled time.
- A corporate mentor will speak with their mentee on a monthly basis by phone or Zoom (that communication will be decided by the mentor and the mentee).
- A mentor will attend the training program in order to understand policies, appropriate boundaries and recommended topics to review with his or her mentee.
- A mentor will get to know his or her mentee, share their knowledge and be an active listener.
- A mentor will serve as a resource and allocate his or her time and energy for the scheduled sessions.
- A mentor will follow through on his or her commitments in order to promote a productive and enjoyable mentor/mentee relationship.

ALICIA PEDROZA
Director of Internal Communications
Alicia Pedroza is an internal communications leader with over 20 years of experience helping organizations build engaged, connected cultures. Currently the Director of Internal Communications at Sanofi, she works across teams to craft change management campaigns and communication strategies that help employees find meaning in their work.
Alicia's passion is employee engagement through storytelling and large-scale events—creating experiences that inspire connection and drive culture. She's held progressive communications roles at Novartis and Sandoz, where she led global engagement campaigns and championed diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Alicia holds a Master of Communication & Media from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism-Public Relations from Ball State University. A native of Northwest Indiana, Alicia lives in Central New Jersey with her daughter. When they’re not making up their own songs together, you can find them reading books, traveling and crocheting.
BARTHOLOMEW SEIDER
Head of U.S. Gross to Net Finance
Bartholomew J. Seider (Bart) is currently the Head of U.S. Gross to Net Finance at Sanofi, leading a critical finance center of excellence supporting the U.S. commercial business. Bart’s work is focused on driving accuracy, transparency, and the strategic evolution of Sanofi’s Gross to Net financial operations. He leads the financial forecasting, analytics, and governance of complex pricing, contracting, and government-related impacts across the U.S. portfolio, providing insights that inform commercial and Market Access decision-making. Bart also plays a key leadership role in Sanofi’s broader Finance transformation, modernizing GTN capabilities through new technology, advanced analytics, automation, and AI while navigating an increasingly complex U.S. pricing and regulatory environment.
Bart’s career spans 20+ years of progressive finance leadership roles, primarily within the pharmaceutical sector. Prior to this role Bart led finance operations for Sanofi’s North America General Medicines business unit. Before joining Sanofi in 2025 Bart was the Global Head of Research and Development Finance for ViiV Healthcare.
Bart, his wife and two children live in northeastern PA where they enjoy SCUBA diving, rock climbing, and travel. Bart also volunteers extensively with the Scouting America program, volunteering most weekends hiking and camping alongside his children.
Bart is an M.B.A. (Finance) graduate of Rutgers University and holds a B.S. in Physics from Rowan University. Bart is also a Certified Management Account.
Stefan Roehr
CEO at Gold Bond Co., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sanofi
Stefan Roehr is CEO at Gold Bond Co., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sanofi, and a position he’s held since April of this year. This year marks more than 40 years since Stefan started as an intern at Hoechst Roussel Pharmaceuticals Company, a predecessor of Sanofi. He spent the first 20 years of his career in Finance and then switched to Supply Chain, driven by a desire to understand how to better supply medicines to patients. His appetite to understand people and to help is only exceeded by his drive to make a difference. Stefan has lived in the United States, Germany, France, Venezuela, Panama, and Brazil and has travelled to more than 65 countries for work and vacation. In his personal life Stefan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. Stefan’s hobbies and passions include cars, watches, travel, photography, and whatever sports he can pretend to be good at including golf, tennis, snow skiing, and kayaking. He spends his free time with family. Stefan graduated with a Master’s Degree in Management from Fairleigh Dickenson University, a Master’s Degree in Economics from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Arts Double Major in Business and Computer Science from Richmond University in London, England
BETH BROOKS
Global Patient Engagement and Strategy Lead on the Patient-Driven Medicine Development team
Beth Brooks, MPH, is the Global Patient Engagement and Strategy Lead on the Patient-Driven Medicine Development team within the Sanofi R&D organization. Beth works to ensure that teams throughout Sanofi R&D integrate patients into their work in as many ways as possible, so that the company truly listens, acts, and leads with the patient community. A rare disease patient and clinical trial participant herself, Beth is also a champion for representation in research and participates with external groups in support of equitable access to clinical trials, ethical use of artificial intelligence in drug development, and effective collaboration between the pharmaceutical industry and patient advocacy organizations. She has worked at Sanofi in various roles for 19 years.
Beth and her husband of 35 years live in central New Jersey with their two dogs, Miele and Kirby; their daughter is a high school physics teacher, their son an electrical engineer. Beth volunteers with local Scout troops and teaching First Aid/CPR/ AED classes, reads voraciously, enjoys sewing, crocheting, and other crafts, and spends as much time as she can at the family lake house in the Adirondack mountains.
Beth has been fortunate to have supportive mentors in her own life and is grateful for the opportunity to pay it forward. She has supervised interns (some from RVCC’s mentorship program!) and PharmD candidates on industry rotations, been a preceptor for PharmD Fellows, and is a mentor to colleagues at Sanofi.
Beth earned a B.S. in Communications (Technical Writing concentration) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. She also holds a Master of Public Health with a focus on Applied Informatics from Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
CARLOS DELEON
Digital Manufacturing and Supply Functional Expert
Carlos DeLeon is a Digital Manufacturing and Supply Functional Expert at Sanofi. His role involves partnering with the Market Supply Chain organizations that ensures the timely and consistent delivery of Sanofi products to the patients that need it most.
He started his career at Sanofi 12 years ago after multiple jobs at consulting organizations and major pharmaceutical companies over the past 30+ years. His jobs have taken him to travel the world as most projects and initiatives often involved colleagues of diverse locations, cultures, backgrounds, and knowledge. He is motivated by the very fact that many of these projects focus primarily on efforts that speeds the delivery of life-saving products to patients.
To unwind, he loves to spend quality time with his family and friends, usually going out to eat and sampling a variety of different cuisines. He loves watching competitive sports in-person or TV and loves to stay active by working out most days of the week at the local gym and playing golf when time allows in the non-winter months.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Management of Information Systems at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his Master of Information Management at Stevens Institute of Technology. He lives in Bridgewater, NJ with his family and is a very proud father to a daughter who recently graduated Summa Cum Laude at Seton Hall University and a Fulbright Award Recipient who spent the past two years abroad teaching English as a second language. In the fall, she will be pursuing a Masters degree at Oxford University.

Global Supply Chain Leader
Chris Csider is a global supply chain leader with 20+ years of operational experience spanning manufacturing, supply chain, and large-scale transformation programs. He has led major initiatives including omni-channel modernization, distribution network redesigns, post-acquisition integration, and end-to-end process optimization. Known for his “Learner” and “Discipline” strengths, he excels at diagnosing complex challenges, empowering teams, and turning capability gaps into sustainable performance improvements.
As Head of the Global Logistics Control Tower at Sanofi, he is passionate about advancing supply chain maturity and collaborating across the industry to drive operational excellence. He started in Sanofi in January 2026 and works with teams across several countries to deliver new capabilities and insights.
Chris studied Chemical Engineering as un undergraduate student and after several years of work experience, he obtained his MBA part time with specializations in Finance and Change Management
Chris loves the outdoors – hiking, gardening, running. He and his wife love to travel as well as photography. He is an avid hockey fan and as a Pittsburgh native follows the Penguins very closely.
While Chris is in the pharmaceutical industry with Sanofi now, he has over 20 years experienced in consumer products (with L’Oreal and Church & Dwight) and also had a stint in Building Materials with Owens Corning.
GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN
Senior Director in Sanofi's Go To Market
Gana Subramanian is a Senior Director in Sanofi's Go To Market organization, where he leads Omnichannel Data Management initiatives. In this role, Gana is driving the modernization of Sanofi's data infrastructure to meet the demands of an AI-driven business world. His primary focus is enabling commercial AI-ready datasets that power automation and support strategic business decision-making.
Based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, Gana is a proud father of two accomplished children—his daughter is currently completing her residency at UMass Medical Center, and his son is a senior at Princeton University. Coming from a family of teachers, Gana has a deep-rooted passion for mentoring and education. He actively supports students and parents in his community through their college admission journey, sharing insights and guidance to help them navigate this critical milestone.

ROBERT SHUSTACK
North America Head of Procurement for Professional Services
Bob Shustack is the North America Head of Procurement for Professional Services at Sanofi. His team partners with Global Business Units and Functions to build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate cost savings and bring innovation to the Company. The son of high school teachers, Bob sees the office as his classroom, with the mission of guiding team members to reach their career potential. In his leadership role, Bob emphasizes people development and challenges staff to improve their communication/presentation skills, initiative and self-confidence. Since 2022, Bob has been fulfilling his dream of having an impact in the classroom as he co-teaches the course The Art and Science of Positive Leadership at Rutgers University.
Diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) in 2016, Bob is actively involved with supporting the local community and empowering others to live well with diabetes. Bob is a co-lead of the DiabetesConnect Employee Resource Group at Sanofi and served on the Board of Trustees for the Camp Nejeda Foundation, which operates a summer camp in Stillwater, NJ for kids with T1D.
In his personal life, Bob has become a pickleball fanatic and is passionate about fitness and nutrition. He enjoys reading books and listening to podcasts that inspire him to become a better human being. During the summer, his family can be found vacationing at a beach along the East Coast.

GLENN OMANIO
Director of Value and Access
Glenn Omanio brings over 15 years of experience in commercializing vaccines, biologics, antivirals, and digital therapeutics in the US market. He has successfully led cross-functional teams at Novartis, CSL, Sandoz, and Takeda across diverse commercial functions, including marketing, market access, customer experience, analytics, and patient services. Currently, Glenn serves as Director of Value and Access for Sanofi for RSV and travel immunizations. He holds a Master’s in Management (Health Leadership) from McGill University, an MBA from Hult International Business School, and a Bachelor’s in Journalism from the University of the Philippines.
JAYESH PATEL
Director of Solution Delivery Finance Team
Jayesh Patel is an accomplished Information Technology leader with over 30 years of experience driving digital transformation and enterprise technology strategies across the pharmaceutical and financial services industries. Currently serving as Director of Solution Delivery Finance Team at Sanofi's S4 Center of Excellence, he leads global SAP S/4 HANA implementations and business transformation initiatives that deliver millions in cost savings and operational efficiencies.
Throughout his career, Jayesh has demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-million dollar programs across Finance domains including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (A2R), Cash-to-Invoice (CI2C), and Tax. He has successfully led global teams of 15+ SAP experts through full-cycle implementations, integrating enterprise platforms across multiple geographies including North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Jayesh holds a B.S. in Information Processing Systems from Rutgers University and New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is recognized for his ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, deliver solutions on time and within budget, and drive innovation through automation and AI in Finance operations.

LAURA KARIG
Director of Web CX
Laura Karig is the Director of Web CX, leading the Web Customer Experience team in the US within Sanofi’s Go To Market Capabilities organization. In this role, Laura ensures that patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs) have the best online experience possible by working closely with brand teams on web strategy and customer journeys, and partnering with digital teams to navigate technical standards. She plays a key role in facilitating cross-functional conversations, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and bringing diverse parties together to solve complex problems as a cohesive team. Laura has 18 years of experience across digital/technical, operations, and business organizations—consistently touching web and the broader omnichannel marketing ecosystem while acting as a trusted business partner. Prior to joining Sanofi in 2024, Laura began her career at JPMorgan Chase and went on to spend a decade at Pfizer, where she served as a Digital Business Partner supporting a variety of business units and functions.
Laura lives in Branchburg with her husband Corey, their daughter Quinn. Outside of work, she enjoys creating art and spending time outdoors with her family.

Margarita Miranda-Abate is a global communications executive and trusted advisor with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations navigate complexity, build trust, and shape narratives that drive business impact and meaningful stakeholder engagement.
Currently Senior Director and Head of Global Oncology Communications at Sanofi, Marg leads integrated communications strategies across priority products, pipeline innovations, regulatory milestones, executive visibility, and reputation management. She partners closely with leaders across Commercial, R&D, Medical Affairs, Public Affairs, Investor Relations, and Business Development to translate complex topics and business priorities into clear, compelling stories that resonate with patients, healthcare professionals, employees, policymakers, media, and investors.
Marg's career has been anything but traditional. With roots in anthropology and theater, she brings a deep understanding of people, culture, and storytelling to her work. Gurpreet Bhathal is a Regulatory Affairs Lead supporting the Gold Bond brand, with more than 20 years of experience in consumer health, cosmetic, over-the-counter drug, and personal care industries. Her career has spanned product development, formulation, regulatory compliance, claims support, clinical testing, and commercialization, giving her a broad perspective on bringing products from concept to market.
Outside of work, Gurpreet enjoys gardening, exploring local hiking trails, staying active, reading, listening to podcasts, traveling, and spending time with family and friends
Gurpreet earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Montclair State University and a Master of Science in Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs from the Temple University School of Pharmacy. She also holds the Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC-US) from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS).

Currently Kimberly, is a Regulatory Intelligence Professional, specifically a Vault RIM Product Owner by business role and Program Lead, in the Research & Development (R&D) Organization, Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA), Global Regulatory Operations (GRO), Regulatory, Digital & Artificial Intelligence (Reg DDAI) group. Partnering with the Digital team to implement Vault RIM features via product, maintenance, and Sanofi (ad hoc) releases using JIRA and Vault PMO for all Vault RIM projects. VaultRIM is the regulated system that Sanofi using to store product information and data critical for drug products that we submit for approval.
Kimberly joined Sanofi in Dec 2016 as a Project Manager contractor, responsible for migrating data from legacy systems and then retiring those systems. From there I continued with the Center of Operations org as PM/BA for several projects. Serving as an interim Application Support User, supporting validation/testing, Kimberly joined Sanofi officially in 2020 as a Regulatory Intelligence Capability, Supporting End to End Process, STARR, Release Mgmt Playbook, Labeling project and then into my latest role as of 2022.
Kimberly has worked in Pharma since 2007, Medimedia as GRA Training Manager, UL as Implementation Analyst/PM for Life Science companies using Compliance Wire, Allergan as a Project Manager. Previous, to that she was a systems analyst, business analyst, project manager or trainer for educational, financial, telecommunications and software systems companies. Recently obtaining a law degree MSJ, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Compliance, in addition to a Graduate Certificate of Pharmaceutical Management, Project Management Certificate and BS Computer Information Systems as well other technical certificates along her career.
Kimberly is COFFEE and CHOCOLATE enthusiast! And a foodie as well. She loves nothing more than sharing great food with great people! Quiet moments are just as special as treasured moments with family and friends! Kimberly has a passion for photography, design, and architecture. MANDA PASARKAR
GRA CMC Head, Small Molecule
My name is Manda Pasarkar, and I serve as GRA CMC Head, Small Molecule. I lead a team of Sanofi employees and contractors that manages the portfolio of small-molecule medical products, including clinical and commercial programs. As a project lead in the Global Health Unit, I oversee a portfolio of 11 drug products that have reached over 1 million patients in 24 low- to middle-income countries as part of Sanofi’s corporate social responsibility initiatives. Additionally, my team secured three new marketing applications in Europe and one NDA approval in the USA.
I hold a master’s degree in chemistry and am passionate about continuous learning and embracing new challenges. I am married with two children; my son is employed, and my daughter is in her second year of college.
SEJAL DOSHI
Medical Affairs Leader
Sejal Doshi, Pharm.D., is a Medical Affairs leader at Sanofi with nearly two decades of experience building people, teams, and strategies across the pharmaceutical industry. As U.S. Scientific Director for General Medicine, she leads the integration of scientific evidence and healthcare insights into medical strategy — but throughout her career, one thread has remained constant: a genuine passion for developing others.
At Allergan, Dr. Doshi built and led a global training function from the ground up, designing over 35 disease-state and product curricula and personally coaching a 20-person global Medical Science Liaison team to expert-level scientific competency in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. She created a cloud-based e-learning portal to scale learning across the organization and led active workshops for medical affairs colleagues worldwide — work recognized with multiple awards for training excellence and innovative adult-learning design. Earlier, as a Senior Drug Information Manager at Merck, she managed and mentored a team of six direct reports and a pharmacy resident, using structured performance management to guide their career growth.
At Sanofi, she has continued this people-first approach while leading digital transformation and Omnichannel strategy across the Cardiometabolic and Diabetes portfolios, training medical teams and mentoring colleagues navigating a fast-paced, highly regulated, matrixed environment. She is known for translating complex scientific and strategic concepts into practical guidance, and for helping others build confidence, clinical fluency, and influence without formal authority.
Dr. Doshi holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from Rutgers University's Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy and a B.S. in Pharmacy, cum laude, from St. John's University.
Beyond her professional life, Sejal is a proud New Jersey resident and devoted mother to her 14-year-old daughter. She brings the same energy and curiosity she applies at work to her personal passions — whether she's exploring new destinations around the world, hitting the trails on a hike, losing herself in music, or expressing herself through dance. These pursuits reflect the values she brings to mentorship: a love of exploration, resilience on challenging paths, the rhythm of collaboration, and the joy of continuous growth.
Dr. Doshi is passionate about paying forward the mentorship she received early in her career — helping emerging students sharpen their expertise, build strategic thinking skills, and grow into confident leaders who can navigate complex, cross-functional environments with clarity and purpose.
